Educational Leadership Centers
Educational Leadership Centers (ELCs) serve as the hub for professional development for CSA members. There are five centers, one in each borough. Each center has an educational resource library, complete with textbooks, journals, and manuals. In addition, each center is equipped with computers for hands-on training in the professional development of school leaders.
