Educational Leadership Centers
Educational Leadership Centers (ELCs) serve as the hub for professional development for CSA members. There are four centers – one in each borough except Manhattan. Each center has an educational resource library, complete with textbooks, journals, and manuals. In addition, each center is equipped with computers for hands-on training in the professional development of school leaders.
