The ELI workshops offered during summer 2014 are designed to build fundamental and advanced leadership skills and knowledge through a variety of strategies. All the programs were offered in collaboration with Fordham University, which hosted the program at its Lincoln Center campus.
The School-Based Intermediate Supervisors Institute (SBISI) is a yearlong program dedicated to helping the new, first-year or second-year Assistant Principal develop their skills. SBISI kicked off its 2014-15 cohort with a four-day session July 7-10. ELI also presented two weeks of professional development for all CSA members through the Instructional Leadership Institute (July 14-17) and the Leadership Summit (July 21-24.)
