General Membership Meeting on Dec. 6 at CSA Educational Leadership Conference

The Retiree Chapter will hold its general membership meeting in conjunction with CSA's Educational Leadership Conference on Dec. 6 at the NY Hilton Midtown. (Registration for the meeting is now closed.)

If you are attending the meeting, please go directly to the Mercury Ballroom on the third floor to register for the day's events.
(Take the escalator from the ground floor near the 54th side of the building.)

The Retiree Chapter will honor Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan, the chair of the Assembly Education Committee and a longtime supporter of the city's schools and labor.

Later in the day, at the CSA Conference luncheon, CSA President Ernest Logan will present RC Treasurer Bill PInkett with the Peter S. O'Brien Award for his service to the union. The award is named for a former President of CSA who work tirelessly on behalf of his colleagues.

The Retiree Chapter membership meeting will begin after breakfast, which will give you plenty of time for chatting with your colleagues.

WNET has just told us that the episodes from New York’s event will be the season premiere of Antiques Roadshow’s 19th season and will air in three parts on THIRTEEN:

· Monday, January 5, 2015 at 8 pm – New York, Hour 1
· Monday, January 12, 2015 at 8 pm – New York, Hour 2
· Monday, January 19, 2015 at 8 pm – New York, Hour 3

WNET once again thanked our volunteers for their support.

Ms. Hannah will also discuss Medicare Part A/B and Part D.  She will also explain health coverage provided through Medicare.
