On Jan. 25 hundreds of early childhood educators, parents, and community members attended the 15th Annual NYC Interagency Early Childhood Professional Development Institute, themed "Strengthening Early Childhood Partnerships: Empowering Today's Children and Families".
CSA First Vice President Randi Herman addressed the audience during the morning session. She said: "Children only get one shot, and you are the folks who give them that best shot".
