Brooklyn Legislative Reception

This fall, CSA hosted a series of legislative receptions for in-service and retiree members to meet their elected officials. Four receptions took place in Queens, Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn. (A reception was held last year in Staten Island.) More than 60 elected officials attended all four receptions. At Brooklyn Borough Hall, on Oct. 28, CSA  members met a number of lawmakers including NYS Sen. Martin J. Golden, City Council members Bill de Blasio and Vincent J. Gentile, NYS Assembly members Alan Maisel and Inez Barron, and District Attorney Charles J. Hynes.
